Impact

Total impact in the broadest sense. It’s a fact: a person who trains feels better, sees themselves more positively, feels more motivated, and radiates better energy into their environment. On the other hand, it’s also true that someone who engages in creative activities—or brings more creativity into their surroundings—feels more fulfilled, more complete, more satisfied, and happier. So why not bring both aspects together into a single concept? A person who takes a course, reads a book, listens to a podcast, or engages in any enriching activity will experience a boost of energy in their daily life. By being in harmonious connection with their body and cultivating a more attuned sense of biological and material reality, they will gradually—yet consistently—begin to implement habits and actions that will have a positive effect on their emotional, spiritual, and social well-being. Someone who trains releases endorphins (among many other benefits), and the same is true for creative practices.
